Mr. Johnny Mattison, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, transitioned on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Atrium Health (CMC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born in Belton, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Mack and Dorothy Mattison Jones.

Surviving: one daughter, Rakenya Lewers (Rameriz) Smith of Greenville, SC; one sister, Constance Jones of Piedmont, SC; two brothers, Allen (Lisa) Jones of Greenville, SC and Billy M. Jones; three grandchildren, Zion Noah Gilmore, Sasha Gilmore and Layla Lewers; two great-great grandchildren, Adonis Gilmore-Johnson and Orion Gilmore-Johnson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
