Mr. James H. Channell, 99, of Greenville, transitioned on Monday, June 30, 2025 at his residence. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Ceasar Harvis and Ruby Davenport Channell.
Surviving: one daughter, LaJudith Channell (Sonni) Green of Atlanta, GA; one son, Sherwood (Valencia) Channell of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Doris Norman, Susie Jones, Maggie (Melvin) McDaniels all of Greenville, SC and Thelma McKinney of Travelers Rest, SC; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Wednesday, July 9, 2025, 1:00pm at Bethel Church of God Holiness with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
