Mr. James Calvin Mayes, 73, of Easley, South Carolina, husband of Gwendolyn Owens Mayes, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at his residence.
Surviving, in addition to his wife: three daughters, Lasonia C. (Brian) Williams of Simpsonville, SC, Toshia M (LaShawn) Coulter, of Gastonia, NC and Ronisha M. Terry of Greenville, SC; one sister, Sandra L. Mayes; two brothers, Edgar A. (Irish) Mayes of Greenville, SC and Robert E. (Deborah) Mayes of Mauldin, SC; six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation: Thursday, October 24, 2024, 10:30am - 11:00am, at Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church
Funeral Services: Thursday, October 24, 2024, 11:00am, at Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church, with interment MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
