Mr. James Albert "Mr. Cool" Ivery

Mr. James Albert “Mr. Cool” Ivery 76, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, transitioned on Friday May 23, 2025 at Rainey Hospice House. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Horace Ivery and Myrtle Allen Hill.

Surviving: two sons, James (Sinita) Irby, and Elijah Irby, both of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Rosa Dirton, of Piedmont, SC; Frances (Larry) Gantt, and Doris Rice, both of Greenville, SC; three brothers, Horace Allen Ivery, of Piedmont, SC; Dale Franklin Ivery, and James Michael Hill, both of Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
