Mr. Horace Johnson, Jr.

Mr. Horace Johnson, Jr., 43, of Wellford, husband to Jackie Hill, transitioned on Friday, May 8, 2026. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of Horace Johnson, Sr., and Mary W. Johnson.

Surviving: in addition to his wife and parents, two daughters, Jayla Johnson and Amari Johnson, both of the home, one son, Horace Johnson, III, of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Alisia Johnson, of Greenville, SC; Laquasha Crockett, of Spartanburg, SC; three brothers, Ray Whitner, of Spartanburg, SC; Juanye Burdine, of Jacksonville, FL; and Michael Johnson, of Piedmont, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: Sunday, May 17, 2026, 2:00pm, at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
