Mr. Gary Sligh, 70, of Greenville, husband to Adriane Medina Sligh, transitioned on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Lenevenworth, Kansas, he was a son of the late Nathaniel Sligh and Betty Louise Sligh.
Surviving, in addition to his wife: two daughters, Elizabeth Murray of Mauldin, SC and Lisa Sorgee of Simpsonville, SC; two sons, Robert Iannacone of Florida and Richard Iannacone of North Augusta; three brothers, Nathan Sligh, Grayling Sligh and Jeffrey Sligh; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, May 7, 2026, 5:00pm - 8:00pm at 24 Gold Thorne Dr Greenville, SC 29607
Funeral Services: Friday, May 8, 2026, 11:00 am, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment Woodland Memorial Park.
