Mr. Derric J. Barton

Mr. Derric J. Barton, 54, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of Regina McClendon Barton, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at his residence. Born in Easley, South Carolina, he was the son of Gene Mattison, and the late Lois Bolden. 

Surviving: In addition to his wife, one daughter, LaTara Barton, of Houston, TX; four sons, LaDerek Barton, of Houston, TX; Delvin Brown, of Charleston, SC; Cameron Barton, and Sean Barton, both of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Kim, and Michelle, both of Greenville, SC; one brother, Kerek Harris, of Greenville SC; three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Memorial Service: Friday, December 20, 2024, 5:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
