Mr. Brian Demetric Byrd, 61, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late James Edward and Virginia Ann Thompson Byrd.

Surviving: two sons, Brian Demetric Byrd II of Fairfax, VA and Darius Williams of San Franciso, CA; niece raised in the home, Miyoshi U. Byrd of Greenville, SC; two nephews raised in the home, Cory V. (Victoria) Byrd of Fountain Inn, SC and Jeremy J. Byrd of Piedmont, SC; four sisters, Tracy Byrd of Greenville, SC, Yashica Byrd of Greer, SC, Barbara Miller of Greenville, SC and Sharon Miller of North Carolina; one brother, James (Denise) Byrd, Jr; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, December 14, 2024, 3:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
