Mr. Albert Barksdale, 79, of Anderson, transitioned on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home. He was a son of the late Alfred Barksdale, Sr., and Mildred Wood Barksdale.
Surviving: one daughter, Yolanda Young of Simpsonville, SC; one son, Albert (Peta) Barksdale, Jr., of Greenville, SC; two special nieces, Tomecka Barksdale and Renea Barksdale, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Arrangements are incomplete.
