Elder Abel Jackson Jr., 79, of Taylors, widower of the late Marguerite Talbert Jackson, transitioned Monday, August 31, 2026, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late Abel Jackson Sr., and Nettie Anne Anderson Jackson.
Surviving: three daughters, Sheree Jackson of Marietta GA, Lisa Jackson of Anderson, SC, and Annette Jackson Gantt of Greenwood, SC; one son, Abel Jackson III, of the home; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Friday, September 11, 2026, 12:00pm, at Faith Cathedral, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
