Ms. Stella Mayfield 76, widow of David Rae Mayfield Sr., transitioned on Saturday September 19, 2026, at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Charles Goldsmith and Della Johnson.
Surviving: one daughter, Sheila Mayfield of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Cynthia Goldsmith Payton and Ruby (David) Lee, both of Greenville, SC; one brother Christopher Goldsmith of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
