Melvin Sullivan

Mr. Melvin Sullivan, 75, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of Gennie Fuller Sullivan for 48 years, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital Eastside. He was the son of the late Lucille Evan Gordon. He was raised by the late Hugh Lee and Izola Sullivan.

Surviving: in addition to his wife: two daughters, Tica Sullivan of Greenville, SC and Shenay Shell of Washington, DC; four sons, Paul J. Fuller of Mauldin, SC, Melvin N. Sullivan of Charlotte, NC, Elvin L. Sullivan, and Pernell E. Sullivan, both of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Olla Mae Croft, Latricia (Charles) Stokes, Elaine Henderson, and Carolyn Evans, all of Simpsonville, SC; one brother, Charles (Dorlee) Evans of Simpsonville, SC; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Sunday, January 21, 2024, 1:00pm, at Long Branch Baptist Church, with interment on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson SC.
