Melvin Sullivan

Mr. Melvin Eugene “Gene” Sullivan, Jr., 61, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at home. He was a son of the late Melvin E. Sr., and Annie Mae Simpson Sullivan.

“Gene” attended J.L. Mann High School and graduated in 1975 from Greenville High School. He was a machine operator at Paper Cutters, Inc., in Greenville.

Surviving are his companion, Theresa Tucker of the home; three daughters, Quinyon Cureton of Houston, TX, Keasha Tucker and Shaquana Tucker, both of Greenville; one son, Anterrio M. Tucker of Greenville; one sister, Angela Johnson of Pendleton; four brothers, Marlon (Carolyn) Sullivan, and Glenn Sullivan, both of Greenville, Stanley Sullivan of Jonesboro, Georgia, and Marcus Sullivan of Williamston; four grandchildren, Jadan Simon, Chrysen Anthony, Caelyn Anthony and Christopher Anthony; and a host of other relatives and friends.
