Mr. Melvin “LV” Lewers, Jr., 68, of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at St. Francis Downtown. Born in Greenville, he was the son of Ruby Katherine Paden Lewers and the late Melvin Lewers, Sr.
Surviving: daughters, Roslyn Lake of New York, NY, Tiffany (Sabu) Lewers-Reid of Charlotte, NC, and Shania Jenkins of Greenville; son, Melvin Lewers, Jr. Robinson of Greenville; sisters, Katherine Fletcher of Simpsonville, Annie Lewers of Greenville, Doris Robinson of Greenville; and Jannie (Elvin D.) Turner of Vallejo, CA; brothers, William Lewers of Greenville, James (Lou) Lewers of Mauldin, and Ervin Lewers of Greenville; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
