Ms. Mary Helen Wofford, 76, of Simpsonville, transitioned on Monday, September 22, 2025, at her residence. Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Janie Cheeks Wofford. she was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Williams,

Surviving: one son, Fredrick Wofford, of Simpsonville, SC; one brother, Harold “Sonny” (Elaine) Wofford, Jr., of Mauldin SC; two grandchildren, Donovan Wofford and Leslie Wofford, both of Greenville, SC; one aunt, Sarah Ware of Greenville, SC'; one brother-in-law, Cleodis Williams of Liberty, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services, Friday, October 3, 2025, at 12:00pm, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
