Mrs. Mary Lee Thomason, 82, of Greenville, South Carolina, widower of the late Dolphus L. Thomason, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Prisma Health. She was a daughter of the late Johnny Lee and Mary E., Green Brown.

Surviving: three daughters, Laconya Carter of Greenville, SC, Amesia Howard of Mauldin, SC, and Min. Portia (Dea. Sage) Mansell; three sons, Elliott Thomason of Greenville, SC, Derrick (Katherine) Thomason of Piedmont, SC, and Dolphus (Celeste) Thomason of Providence, RI; four sisters, Deloris Gibbons of Providence, RI, Harriett Means and Gwendolyn (Michael) Hackney, both of Greenville, SC, Cheryl Brown of Virginia; two brothers, Johnny L. (Kayla) Brown, Jr. of Providence, RI and Jimmy Brown of Hudson, NH; one grandson, reared in the home, Tavis (Ashley) Thomason; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, November 11, 2023, 1:30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
