Mrs. Mary Ann “Boobie” Brooks, 67, of 12 Beck Avenue, Greenville, passed on December 13, 2015 at her home. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Bertha Lee Arter Perry and James Perry.
Surviving are her husband, Herbert A. Brooks of the home; daughters, Andreas (Ryan Seamans) Brooks, Tami Brooks and Erica Brooks all of Greenville; son, Herbert A. (Charon) Brooks, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Jannie (Curtis) Jones of Greenville, Deborah (Oscar) Jones of Birmingham, AL, Valencia Oneal, Ruby King and Charlita (Ronnie) Glenn all of Greenville; brother, John Perry of Greenville; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
