Mr. Martavius Chavez Smith, 28, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospital. He was a son of Lamont Smith and Melissa C. Childs Chaplin.
Surviving: one daughter, Zuriee Marie Smith of Piedmont, SC; two fur babies, Ruby and Rose; one sister, Shanay (Joshua) Roberts of Greenville, SC; one brother, Andre Maurice Childs (April Childes) of Greenville, SC; maternal grandparents, Mitchell and Rovina Chlds of Simpsonville, SC; paternal grandparents, Sharon Smith of Greenville, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial Service: Tuesday, October 11, 2022, 3:30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
