Mr. Mahki Daquan Ballard, 17, of Lacey, Washington, transitioned on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Madigan Army Medical Center in Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, he was a son of Taurean Ballard and Fatima Holmes.
Surviving: his parents, Fatima (Calvin) Holmes of Lacey, WA and Taurean (Twana) Ballard of Bufford, GA; two sisters, Zion Holmes of the home and Harmony Ballard of Bufford, GA; three, Xavier Holmes of the home, Lyrie Ballard of Bufford, GA and Xavier Colbert of Fayetteville, NC; paternal grandparents, Janice Godfrey) Warren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, August 2, 2025, 12:00pm, at Goldenview Baptist Church, with interment in Graceland East Memorial Park.
