Mrs. Loretta M. Burgess, 59 of Greenville, departed from this life on Friday, April 23, 2021, at Prisma Health-Greenville. She was a daughter of the late Teresa Manigault.

She is survived by her husband, Howard Burgess, Sr.; one son, Howard Burgess, Jr. of Asheville, NC; two stepdaughters, Kizzy LaChelle Burgess of North Carolina and Tiffany Irene (Isaac Musson) Burgess of Westland, MI; two stepsons, Tremayne (Alana) Burgess of North Charleston, SC and Robert Edwards Burgess of Westland, MI; one sister, Geneva (Wayne) Manigault-Wright of Greenville, SC; five brothers, Min. James (Rita) Manigault of Owings Mills, MD; Min. Gregory (Angela) Manigault of Easley, SC, Andrew Manigault of Anderson, SC, Terry (Veletta) Manigault of Easley, SC, and Raymond (Leslie) Manigault of Greenville, SC; one dear sister in law, Angela “Angie” Manigault of Greenville, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service: Thursday, April 29, 2021, 3:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
