Mrs. Laura Jean “Big Mama” Agnew, 80, of Pelzer, South Carolina passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023, at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Reid Smith, Sr. and Maebell Clinkscales Smith.
She was married to the late Eugene Austin Agnew.
Surviving: four daughters, Darryl (Lee) Williams of Anderson, SC, Laura (Will) Austin of Easley, SC, Shaniecse (Lenneil) Blanding of Belton, SC and LeShay Agnew of Pelzer, SC; one son, Anthony ‘Agnew of Williamston, SC; one brother, Terry Smith of Williamston, SC; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements: Wednesday, July 19th, 2:00pm, at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
