Mr. Lamar David Hardie, 39, of McCormick, passed on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Self Regional Healthcare, Greenwood. He was born in Albany, New York to William Hardie, Sr. and the late Kathleen Jackson Walton.

In addition to his father, he is survived by two daughters, Sameerah Hardie of McCormick, SC and Porsha Scarlett of Greenville, SC; two sons, Lamar Hardie of McCormick, SC and Corey Anderson of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Latoyia Hardie of Albany, NY and Marquette Bryant of Greenville, SC; four brothers, Marcus Bryant of Columbus, OH, Antwan (Rita) Bryant of Greenville, SC, William “AJ” Hardie Jr., of Albany, NY and Thomas “True” Bryant of Greenville, SC; a special friend, Mary Kelly of Augusta, GA; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.


Funeral Services: Tuesday, May 11, 2021, 3:00pm at Watkins Garrett and Woods Mortuary with burial private.
