Mr. Johnny “Snapper” Samuels, Jr., 90, of Greenville, passed on Friday, April 3, 2020, at Prisma Healthcare Upstate. He was the son of the late Johnny Sr. and Lillie Samuels.
Surviving: his wife, Mattie Mae Butler Samuels of Greenville, SC; four daughters, Patricia Samuels of Greenville, SC, Debra S. (David) Jones of Newnan, GA, Veronica (Willie) Nedwards of Piedmont, SC and Teresa (Rev. Michael) Thurmond of Greenville, SC; two sons, Willie Edward Samuels of Maryland and John Fitzgerald (Vickie) Samuels of Greenville, SC; a host of Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
