John Robinson

Mr. John Lewis “Frog” Robinson, Sr., 85, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at his home. He was a son of the late Bill Pickens and Louise Robinson.

He was a former mechanic for J. M. Rogers Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jacqueline Broughton; and a son, Larry Robinson.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife, Bobbie Sue Dawkins Robinson of the home; two daughters, Gwen (Rev. James L.) Drummond of Greer and Barbara Rosemond of Killeen, TX; three sons, William A. (Jacqueline) Robinson of Taylors, John L. (Rev. Mattie) Robinson, Jr., and James A. Robinson, both of Greenville; one sister, Mary O. Robinson Smith of Georgia; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
