Mrs. Jocelyn Brown Arthur, 36, of Simpsonville South Carolina, passed away on Sunday December 19, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital Eastside. She is the daughter of Joe and Charlene Brown.
Surviving: in addition to her parents, her husband, David Byron Arthur; one sister, Jalynn Brown; special fur baby Nola “NoNo" Arthur; and a host of other relatives and friends.
