Mrs. Jessie M. Byrd Henderson Stuart, 95, of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late James Arthur Byrd and Carrie Lela Hill Byrd. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Stuart was married to the late James Stuart.
Surviving: her children, Glenda Rhodeman of Greenville, SC, Gregory (Linda) Henderson of Greenville, SC; Wayne Henderson of Simpsonville, SC, Lorraine (Walter) McDowell of Fountain Inn, SC and Cynthia “Cindy” (Curtis) Hill of Simpsonville, SC; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; twenty-three great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Monday, June 5, 2023, 12:00pm at Reedy Fork Missionary Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
