Ms. Jeanette Posey

Mrs. Jeannette Posey 66, Greenville, wife of Jimmy Lee Posey, transitioned on Friday June 19, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital, downtown. She was a daughter of the late John Henry and Lois Davis Dawkins.

Surviving, in addition to her husband: one daughter, Miranda Posey of Greenville, SC; two sons, John M. (Stephanie) Posey of Piedmont, SC and Antonyo M. Dawkins of Greer, SC; two sister, Yvonne Hicks of Greenville, SC and Carolyn (Roddney) duck of Mauldin, SC; one brother, Stevie (Helena) Dawkins of Simpsonville, SC; eleven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
