J.C. Taylor

Deacon J.C. “Jake” Taylor, 85, of Easley, passed on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at his home. He was a son of the late Thomas Frank Taylor.

Surviving: his wife, Min. Sallie Mims Taylor of the home; two daughters, Laura (J.W.) Miller of Greenville, SC and Pamela Taylor of Snellville, GA; four sons, James Taylor, Anthony Taylor, and Ivory Taylor, all of Greenville, SC, and Donald (Priscilla) Johnson of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Annie (John Calvin) Boggs of Greenville, SC and Sadie (William) Jones of Richmond, VA; one brother,Frank (Georgianna) Taylor of Greenville, SC; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside Service: Sunday, August 2, 2020, 11:00a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
