Ms. Janice “Rooster” Cooley, 65, of Greenville, transitioned on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at her residence. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Christine Cureton Cooley.
Surviving: two sons, Patrick Cooley, of Gray Court, SC; and Travis Cooley, of Greenville, SC; three brothers, John Allen Cooley, Dennis Cooley, both of Greenville, SC; and Terry Cureton, of Greenwood, SC; three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
