Deacon James Allen Thomason, Sr., 76, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at his residence. He was the son of the late Jesse and Carrie Sue Dalton Thomason. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Mr. Thomason was the husband of Frances Irene Fuller Thomason for 54 years.
In addition to his wife, surviving: one son, James Allen (Cassandra) Thomason, Jr., of Liberty, SC; two daughters, Cornelia Yvette (Demetrius) Jackson of Greer, SC and Tamika Lewis of Greenville, SC; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, April 23, 2023, 2:00pm at Greater Mt Calvary Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
