Mr. James E. Byrd, 49, of Williamston, passed on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cummings, GA. He was a son of the late Charles Daniel Byrd, Sr., and Sallie Mae McMorris Byrd.
Surviving: his wife, Dionne Chatman Byrd of the home; two sons, James Alexander Byrd, III of Atlanta, GA; and DeAndre Isaac Byrd of Williamston, SC; Carolyn (Tim) Mayo of Easley, SC; four brothers, Charles (Valeria) Byrd of Easley, SC, Eric S. Byrd of Columbia, SC, Isaiah (Mary) McMorris of Piedmont, SC, and Melvin Werts of Newbery, SC; one grandchild, Aubri Alexander Byrd; and a host of other relatives and friends.
