Gladys Gibson

Mrs. Gladys Gibson, 77, of 711 Birnie Street, passed on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at Greenville Health System. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Felix and Ella Putman Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Gibson.

Surviving: daughters, Vickey McCarroll of the home, Ann Gibson of Greenville and Janice (Freddy Walker) Gibson of Greenville; sons, William Junior Gibson of Greenville, Otis Edwards Gibson of the home, and Anthony Gibson of Enoree; sisters, Shirley Stephens, Mary Walker, and Pauline Brown, all of Greenville; special granddaughter and caretaker, Torrie Gibson-Johnson of Greenville; special great-grandchildren, Letorious Gibson and Oleisia Johnson; seven other grandchildren; seven other great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
