Mr. George Smith, 75, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at his residence. He was a son of the late Willie Lee “Buster” and Geneva Kerns Smith.
Mr. Smith was the husband of Elder Jo Anne Sullivan Smith for 43 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Jermaine (Shere) Smith of Simpsonville, SC; one sister, Ann Smith Hall of Las Vegas, NV; four brothers, Sylvester Smith of Greenville, SC, David (Dorothy) Smith of Piedmont, SC, Richard Smith of Greenville, SC and James (Earlene) Smith of Columbia, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, March 4, 2023, 2:00pm at Valley Brook Outreach Baptist Church with interment private.
