Frances O'Neal

Ms. Frances Foster O’Neal, 93, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on September 10, 2018, at Greenville Hospital System. She was born on August 16, 1925, and was a daughter of the late E. Foster and Mamie Allmon Foster.

She was formerly employed at the Blue Bird Café and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Clate and Minnie Davis; a daughter, Brenda O’Neal; and a son, Luther O’Neal.

Surviving: one daughter, Mae (Leslie) O’Neal-Miller of Greenville; four sons, Marvin O’Neal, Eddie (Beverly) O’Neal, Harold (Sandra) O’Neal and Melvin (Evonne) O’Neal, all of Greenville; one sister, Elise Peters of Greenville; ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
