Mrs. Frances “Fran” Barnes, 80, of 210 Glenn Road, passed on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at McCall Hospice House. Born in Hartwell, GA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lettie Mae Rucker Barnes. She is survived by her three sisters, Julia, Susan, and Jacqueline. She was closely associated with The Farr Family, The Stephenson Family, The Weisz Family, and a close friend, Gail Clark.
