Ernest Wideman

Mr. Ernest Leon Wideman, 72, of Greenville, passed on Friday, October 2, 2020, at his residence. He was a son of the late Fate Cash Wideman, Sr. and Margaret Brown Chappell.

Surviving: his wife, Mary Wideman of the home; one daughter, Teia Wideman of Greenville, SC; one son, Brandon Wideman of Greenville SC; nieces reared in the home, Dana Brown of Greenville, SC and Jazmine Brown of Columbia, SC; a nephew reared in the home, James A. Brown; five sisters, Janie Ruth Rapp, Sarah L. Wideman and Pauline W. Workman, all of Greenwood, SC, Margaret A. Dennis of Norristown, PA and Judy A, Wideman of Greenwood, SC; one brother, Paul Wideman of Norristown, PA; Grandchildren, Genesis Wideman, Josiah Wideman and Jada K. Wideman, all of Greenville, SC; and a host of loved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral Service: Friday, October 9, 2020, 2:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with a private burial.
