Ms. Emma Lou “Fudge” Evans Lyles, 80, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. She was a daughter of the late Horace Evans and Annie Mae Ashmore Evans.
Surviving: one daughter, Ellen (Carl) Smith of Greenville, SC; three sons, Louis (Alice) Gregory of Spartanburg, SC, James (Vickie) Lyles, and Luther Gregory, both of Greenville, SC; one sister, Annie (Robert) Downs of Greenville, SC; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, February 24, 2024, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
