Earl Russell Thompson, Jr.

Mr. Earl Russell Thompson, Jr., 90, of Hartford, Connecticut transitioned on Friday, November 21, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Pickens County. He was son of the late Earl Russell Thompson Sr. and Savannah Mansell Thompson.  

Surviving: one daughter, Aletrice Thompson Brown, of Vernon Connecticut.  Two sons, Earl Russell Thompson, III of Milford, Connecticut and David Thompson of Naples Florida; two sisters, Kay Frances Thompson of Greenville and Wilhelmina Lumpkin Bowen of Vernon Connecticut; three brothers. Carl Thompson, Billy (Linda) Butler and Ansel Thompson all of Greenville.

Funeral Services: Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 1:30 pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary.
