Earl Russell Thompson, Jr.

Mr. Earl Russell Thompson, Jr., 90, of Hartford, Connecticut transitioned on Friday, November 21, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Pickens County. He was a son of the late Earl Russell Thompson  and Savannah Mansell Thompson.  

Surviving: one daughter, Aletrice Thompson Brown, of Vernon Connecticut.  Two sons, Earl Russell Thompson, III of Milford, Connecticut and David Thompson of Naples Florida; two sisters, Kay Frances Thompson of Greenville and Wilhelmina Lumpkin Bowen of Vernon Connecticut; three brothers. Carl Thompson, Billy (Linda) Butler and Ansel Thompson all of Greenville.

Funeral Services: Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with Interment in Greenlawn  Memorial Park, Easley SC.
