Mrs. Dorothy Sirlener Alexander

Mrs. Dorothy Sirlener Alexander, 80, of Easley, wife of John H. Alexander, Sr. for 60 years, transitioned on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Prisma Healthcare Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Pickens County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Thedore R. and Dorthula Keith Adams.

Surviving, in addition to her husband: one daughter, Karen Bowens (Chris Johnson) of Piedmont, SC; two sons, Karl Alexander and John (Terry) Alexander, both of Piedmont, SC; three sisters, Ruby Adams Latimer of Maryland, Judy Garrett and Debra Adams, both of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Thedore R. (Ruth) Adams, Jr. of Marietta, SC, and Warren (Chris) Adams of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren, Nylia Bowens, Nathanial Alexander and Presley Alexander; one great-grandchild, Jayden Patterson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 1:00pm, at Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church, with interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
