Doris Whitner

Mrs. Doris Louise Pickens Whitner, 74, of Easley, South Carolina, wife of the late Bobby Gene Whitner passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Prisma Health, Easley Baptist. She was a daughter of the late James Norwood Pickens and Marcella Moorehead Pickens.

Surviving: her children, Timothy (Charlene) Mansell of Easley, SC, Cedric (Serena) Mansell of Asheville, NC, Jackie (Maurice) Lloyd of Honea Path, SC, Bobby Whitner of Pelzer, SC, Aaron (Shaka) Whitner and Travis Whitner of Greenville, SC; one sister, Ruby Craig of Mauldin, SC; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: Sunday, March 24, 2024, 1:00pm, at New Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, with interment in M.J. Dolly Cooper Veteran Cemetery, on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 1:00pm.
