Mr. Darnell E. Clayton, Sr., 79, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. He was the son of the late Kermit and Elinor Johnson Clayton.
He was preceded in death by one son, Darnell Brown.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife, Myra Clayton of the home; three daughters, Roaxann Brown of Queens, NY, Christina Clayton of Islip, NY and Naomi (Tim) Delaney of Greenville, SC; five sons, Kevin Brown of Bronx, NY, Dwight Henderson of Brentwood, NY, Malik Selby of New York, and Jonan Clayton and Darnell E. Clayton, Jr., both of the home; two sisters, Gloria Thompson of Cary, NC and Shirley Clayton of California; twenty-three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
