Bishop William Garrett, Sr., 80, of Simpsonville, passed on Monday, February 4, 2019, at home.
Surviving: his loving wife, Pastor Martha Garrett of Fountain Inn SC; two sons, William (Kim) Garrett Jr., of Chesterfield VA, and Pastor Anthony (Dawn) Garrett of Roanoke VA; daughters, Anita Garrett, Jennie Powers, Ophelia Hatch Jackson, all of Waverly VA; two brothers, Lester (Mattie) Jones of Petersburg VA, and William L. (Mary Jane) Jones; two sisters, Ruth King (James) of Waverly VA, and Lisa Mack (James Lucas) of GA; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
