Mr. Billy Richey 75, of Greenville, transitioned on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Charles Bo and Johnnie Mae Merritt Richey.
Surviving: three daughters, Shenell Floyd-Ferguson of Mauldin, SC, Wantonta N. Golden of Greenville, SC and Keeghana Richey-Morgan of Travelers Rest, SC; two sons, Travis (Kristie) Henderson of Piedmont, SC and Montrell Cowan of Anderson, SC; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his companion for over 35 years, Eleanor Riggins; and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, September 14, 2025, 2:00pm at Mountain View Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
