Ms. Betty Jean Long, 83, of Greenville, transitioned on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at her residence. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth Mattison Long.
Surviving: one daughter, Pretrenia (Charles) Edwards of Mauldin, SC; one sister, Leola Robinson Simpson, of Greenville, SC; one brother, Donnell Long of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, March 22, 2:00pm, at Long Branch Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
