Beatrice Chapman

Mrs. Beatrice Moore Chapman, 97, of Greenville, South Carolina, widow of Willie C. Chapman, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024 at her residence. Born in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Jimmie and Lillian Moore Long.

Surviving: four daughters, Reverend Mary (Stanley) Sloan of the home, Willie Mae (Casey Gillard) Chapman, Linda (John) Barber and Francina (Curtis) Taylor, all of Greenville, SC; three sons, Heyward Chapman, Freddie Chapman (Tonya Simpson) and Tommie (Kewanda) Chapman all of Greenville, SC; one sister, Lois Chatman of St. Petersburg, Fla; thirty-three grandchildren; fifty-six great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great-grandchildren; twenty great-great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Monday, July 1, 2024, 1:00pm at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
