Mrs. Barbara Ann Reese Harrison, 75, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Pelzer, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Early James and Louise Shorter Reese.
She was the wife of Rev. Dr. William O. Harrison, Sr. for 56 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Rev. William O. (Emily) Harrison, Jr., of Simpsonville, SC, and Bobby Alexander (Lynette) Harrison of Greenville, SC; one daughter, LaBarbara (Charles) Machen of Easley, SC; one sister, Sarah Louise Reese of Greenville, SC; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In honor of the deceased wishes, the service will be private. (Immediate family only).
Memorial Service: Tuesday, October 25, 2022, 1:00pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
