Mrs. Avonne Cureton, 60, of 107 Carver Street, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at McCall Hospice House. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Grady and Thelma Sullivan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Cureton.
Surviving: a special friend; Horace Blassingame, Jr. of the home: sons; Deacon Gregory (Tassie) Cureton of Simpsonville and Jermaine (Samantha) Cureton of Powdersville: stepson; Daniel Walker: twin sister; Yvonne Brown: sister; Phyllis Sullivan: brother; Reginald Sullivan, all of Greenville: and twelve grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Saturday, November 29, 2014, 2:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church, with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
