Mr. Alvin Billups 80, of 21 Ackley Rd, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Sumter, South Carolina. He was the son of Alvin Billups Sr, and Mable Richburg.
Surviving: a daughter; Dedria (Roddy) Locust of Laurel MD, son George (Angela) Billups of Greenville; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
