Rev. Willie Albert Thompson, 71, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he was the son of the late John Albert and Juanita Edwards Thompson.
Surviving; his wife of 50 years, Tracy Floyd Thompson; daughter; Anita (Tyree) Jackson, of Simpsonville, SC; son; Emmanuel Tyqualee (April) Thompson, of Raleigh NC; sisters; Beatrice Kelly, of Spartanburg SC; Robin (Curtis) Fair, of Chester, VA; and Janice Thompson, of Duncan, SC; seven grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, June 4, 2022, 11:00am, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
