Mr. William Claud Lee “WC” Harrison, 78, of Athens, GA passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022, at The Oaks of Athens Nursing Home. He was a son of the late Clarence and Lizzie Elizabeth Brockman Harrison.
Mr. Harrison was married to Dorothy Davis Harrison for 57 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Odell Harrison of Greenville, SC, Deacon William Rodney and Felicia Harrison of Ellenwood, GA, Mimi Cleveland of Greenville, SC, Pearlina and Jerome Simmons of Suwanee, GA, Minister Douglas and Tenisha Harrison of Athens, GA, Christopher Harrison of Decatur, AL, and Brandon Gray of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Deacon Eugene Harrison, Arlene Taylor, Gloria and Truman Thurmond, Christina and Joel Redmond, Minister Perry and Gloria Harrison, Rev. Kenneth and Cynthia Harrison, Lorine and Joe Berry, Wynell and Rev. Phillip Baldwin and Jerome and Janice Harrison; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other close relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 27, 2022, 11:00am Lowndes Hill Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
